Creativity is about connecting the pieces. In many cases, our minds do this automatically.

So, if I say “dog” some people will imagine a childhood pet, others may see brown fur or a dog tail, while others picture growling teeth and fangs. And those growling teeth may lead to them to picture a dog chasing a cat, and now that cat is created into your mind… and so on. Creativity is making new things out of things experienced.

This is the case with many creative people, obviously at a more complicated level: one thing leads to another automatically.

Creativity is not reserved to the fine art painters or a novelist! Creativity should be expressed everywhere – in your product development, and maybe even more importantly, in the way you come up with solutions for yourself and your business.
